Buy properties during COVID.⁠

We recently walked through income property, and it was a little different than it used to be before the COVID pandemic.⁠
⁠
We had to sign off a consent form stating things like we haven't been outside the country in the last 14 days, and we haven't come into contact with anyone that had COVID. ⁠
⁠
You'll find now that this is a common practice due to the complex times we are living. So don't be surprised if you have to do some paperwork before walking through properties. ⁠
⁠
And of course, take the usual precautions like having your mask and gloves. ⁠
⁠
There are still ways you can continue to grow your portfolio, but you want to make sure to stay safe and also ensuring that other people do as well.⁠
