Costa Palmas a luxury development in Cabo San Lucas has been plagued by lawsuits from buyers who have accused the developer and co-conspirators of fraud, extortion, and numerous other alleged crimes. The defendants Jason Grosfeld, Irongate, Mitchel Laufer, Michael Radovan, are named defendants.
