California Newlywed Shot to Death by Police

Police in Calif. are investigating the shooting death of Julian Alexander by one of their officers. Alexander, a newlywed, had gone outside when he heard a strange noise in his yard. He was shot twice by an officer chasing burglary suspects. (Oct. 29)
