In this episode we build on the concepts of part 1 - This time we're covering how to approach troubleshooting your plan, your team and yourself. Having preventative mechanisms in place will make it easier to stay in your zone, and inform you on what to do when something goes wrong so you can get back to your ideal pace. Everyone likes to be in that sweet spot where your momentum is working for you, and the longer you can stay in that place the more results you're gonna get.
When you have a solid rapport and connection with the people you're working with, your efforts will compound together and result in clearer, better results. Knowing how to identify your collective strengths and weaknesses will give you the clarity to come together around aligned goals. The truth is we often make it harder on ourselves than we need to, and these tools are right at our fingertips waiting to be implemented.
