INGREDIENTS

*CHICKEN WINGS*
3 to 4 lbs chicken wings
1/3 cup yellow mustard
2 to 3 Tbsp Louisiana hot sauce
2 to 3 Tbsp all-seasoning salt blend
1 Tbsp Maggi seasoning sauce
1 Tbsp salt-free lemon pepper
1 Tbsp onion powder
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (for dredge)
Garnish with grated parmesan cheese and fresh parsley

1 large lemon (zest and juice)
1 clove of garlic (grated)
2 Tbsp fresh chives
