Mwokaji Cakery
Baked Donut Recipe

Ingredients:
1 ¼ Cup Cake Flour
½ Cup Buttermilk
1 Egg
½ Cup Granulated Sugar
2 Tablespoons Melted Butter
1 Heaping Teaspoon Baking Powder
½ Teaspoon Salt
¼ Teaspoon Nutmeg

Directions: Spray donut pan w/non-stick spray. Mix dry ingredients. Add melted butter, buttermilk and egg to dry ingredients and mix. Pour mixture into a piping bag. And pipe batter into greased pans. Bake at 425 for 8-10 minutes depending on oven.
