Strawberry Crunch-Cake in a Jar
Yields: +- 6 12 oz. Mason Jars
Ingredients:
1 box Strawberry Cake Mix
2 Eggs
2 tbsp Oil
1 pint Fresh Strawberries
1 Can of Whipped Cream

For the Cheesecake Filling:
½ Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
2 8 oz. packs Cream Cheese (Softened)
1 can Condensed Milk

For the Crumble:
22 Golden Oreo Cookies (Or butter cookies)
½ pack Strawberry Jello
1/3 Cup Melted Butter

Method:
Make the Cake: Following the instructions on the box, make your Strawberry Cake in a sheet pan. Remove from the oven, place on a wire rack and let cool for up to 2 hours.

Make the Crumble: Using your hands (after you wash them please!) break up the cookies. Divide the cookies into two halves. In one half, add your Strawberry Jello mix and then the butter, stirring together to combine nicely! Then add the other half of your broken cookies and stir well.

Make your Cheesecake Filling: Add all these ingredients into a Food Processor or Blender and blend together, keeping an eye for consistency.

Assemble: Slice your Strawberries into nice, thick slices. Once your Cake is cooled and your Crumble and Filling is made it’s time to make this bad boy! Using an Ice-Cream Scoop (Or a large spoon), scoop in a layer of your Strawberry Cake into a 12 oz. Mason Jar. Then, scoop your Cheese Cake filling into the Mason Jar. Then place your Strawberry slices. Then top that with your Crumble. Repeat these steps (Cake, Filling, Strawberry & Crumble) until you have 2 layers of each, ensuring the final Crumble on top is indulgent and delicious! Garnish with Whipped Cream and a beautiful whole Strawberry and enjoy
